The 25% discount code wouldn’t work so I contacted Lullabellz to see if it was a mistake on my behalf however by the time I got a response the offer had gone but Lilly from Lullabellz asked me if I still wanted to purchase the item I could order it and send her on my order number and she would refund me the amount of the discount.

I ordered real hair clipins april last year, I only wear them going out which is rare due to giving birth in June 2022. The hair is massivly disapointing for the price i payed! I Have had weaves fitted and used the same hair for over a year from another company and they still look better than these. I have used them around 9/10 times they wont curl they dont go straight theyre all puffed like when you just dry your hair. Theyve been washed and using oplex shocking. Overall disapointed nothing can be done now being so long ago but with having a baby I havent got time to be chasing and emailing companys about their awful products.

Delivery is very fast got them the next morning! Packaging is very nice and the clips are very well sown on. Comes with a spare clip just incase! Lovely curl to the extensions and havnt dropped at all

Worn my 24” set once for about 6 hours and they’re already really notty and frizzy, the more you brush, the frizzier they get

It was stunning on the first use, second use tangled a lot and had to keep brushing by the 4th I had to bin. I know how to keep a maintain synthetic hair this product just simply doesn’t last it’s great for a one or two night event but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money for that. I’d prefer to spend £30 on something that will at least last me a good few wears

Clip broke off before first wear. Isn’t long enough around head, needs five clips really not four. I’ve a tiny head, needed to tuck hair behind ear, disbelieve model is wearing just that one piece

Asked for a colour match and gave an in depth description and picture of my hair and included the colour hair dye picture i used. They Suggested mixed auburn that come back not mixed auburn at all it was more a light warm brown. When my hair is copper. If they dont have the colour they just match you with the nearest to take your money!!! Knowing full well that we cant send it back if we open the packet! Not happy and will not recommend. Heard the same comments off friends that have ordered.
People dont want a close enough match. They want a match. If they dont have the colour say you dont have the colour! Or expand your colour range. As im left with an open unworn pack of hair extensions that are of no use and have lost 20 quid!

Bought a hairpiece to wear for my best friends wedding, never worn hair extensions before, looked great in my hair and I had lots of compliments, you would never know I was wearing it, highly recommend

The ponytail hair extension is lovely but it's very heavy and weighs my head down. It be good if the grip of it was thought of better. Good value for money just find it heavy!

Amazing customer service!! Contacted them via whatsapp and Claire got back to me with a few hours solved my query immediately and was able to resend my email confirmation, she was extremely kind and was willing to help as much as she could. Thanks again Claire : )

Really disappointed used this site based on previous reviews. I was expecting better! I used the discount code that they were offering and it allowed me to apply in and showed the discount at checkout only to charge me in full!!!! I messaged several times only to be told it had ran out at the time I used it so nothing they could do! Quite frankly they shouldn't allow it to be applied and show discount on the website. I will not be using it again

I ordered next day delivery but came up on my confirmation as standard delivery and I sent a message to their whatsapp on their website and Claire sorted it straight away and got it changed and it’s coming tomorrow. So efficient and lovely xx

I order from LULLABELLZ and paid for the “Next delivery day” service. However, the parcel arrived two days later. I spoke to Carol from LULLABELLZ and she kindly reviewed my case and refund the money I paid for the next day delivery. She was efficient, kind and professional. She fixed my problem in minutes.

I had my parcels from lullabellz stolen and Steph and lily were very helpful in solving this issue for me , very polite, friendly and showing a genuine willing spirit to want to resolve the situation , I was very quickly sent a replacement for the stolen order and I am pleased
